Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reroom mobile application ("Reroom", the "App") provided by Home Design AI ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Reroom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
Reroom lets you upload a photo of a room and receive an AI-generated redesign in a style you choose. Renders are produced by third-party AI models and are provided for personal inspiration and creative exploration.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Reroom. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
3.1 Guest use
By default, Reroom creates an anonymous guest account tied to your device. You do not need to provide an email to use the App. Your projects, credits, and subscription are stored against this device.
3.2 Registered accounts
You may optionally register with an email and password to enable future cross-device access. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at gulfaamkhan498@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3.3 One person per account
Accounts are for individual, personal use. Sharing an account or reselling access to Reroom is not allowed.
4. Free tier and Reroom Pro
4.1 Free renders
New users receive 5 free renders upon installing the App. Each render (initial generation or re-render) uses one credit. When your credits are exhausted, further renders require a Pro subscription.
4.2 Reroom Pro subscription
Reroom Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription in the following tiers (prices subject to change; current prices are shown in-App):
- Weekly: billed each week.
- Monthly: billed each month.
- Yearly: billed each year; may include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited renders, all styles, 4K exports, virtual staging, and priority queue processing.
4.3 Free trial
The 3-day free trial (when offered) begins upon subscription activation. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the full price of the yearly subscription.
4.4 Billing and auto-renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings:
- iOS: Settings → Gulfaam Khan → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
4.5 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We generally cannot issue refunds directly. For subscription refunds, contact Apple Support or Google Play Help.
5. Your content
5.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the renders generated from them. We do not claim ownership of your content.
5.2 License to us
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display your uploaded photos and generated renders solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing the service to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.
5.3 Your representations
By uploading a photo, you represent that you have all necessary rights to it and that its use in Reroom does not violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights of any third party.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of people, private property, or copyrighted material without permission.
- Upload sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Use Reroom to generate content that impersonates a real person or brand.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the App or our API.
- Interfere with or overload our infrastructure (e.g. automated bulk rendering).
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to Reroom, except as allowed by your subscription tier.
- Use the service to build a competing product or model.
7. AI-generated output
Renders are produced by third-party AI models. Output is provided "as is" and may contain visual artifacts, structural inaccuracies, or design choices that would not be feasible in reality. Reroom does not provide interior-design, architectural, or construction advice, and renders should not be relied upon as a basis for professional decisions.
8. Intellectual property
The Reroom name, logo, software, and design are owned by Home Design AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
9. Disclaimers
REROOM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RENDERS WILL MATCH ANY PARTICULAR EXPECTATION.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Home Design AI AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) US $50.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [YOUR COMPANY NAME] from any claims arising out of your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
12. Termination
You may stop using Reroom at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we cease providing the service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, and we may delete your account and content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App and via the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State of Punjab, Pakistan], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [YOUR COURT VENUE], except where prohibited by local consumer-protection law.
